*Long Term (22 days plus) rates are as
follows;

Upon acceptance of your application you will be required
to make the following payments:

*Short Term (4 to 21 days) rates are as follows;
| Single Room: |
$40.00 per day |
| Double Room: |
$55.00 per day (If linen is required $15 per term
of stay) |

$100 (Refundable) |
*Casual (2 days minimum to 3 days) rates are as follows;
| Single Room: |
$45.00 per day |
| Double Room: |
$65.00 per day (If linen is required $10 per term
of stay) |

Please note:
A a surcharge fee of 2.5% applies to all Credit Card
transactions.
Cancellation:
If cancellation of booking is made outside
21 days of intended arrival date, there will be an administration
charge of one week rent.
Cancellation between 8-21 days, will incur an administration
charge of two weeks rent.
Cancellation within 7 days, will incur an administration
charge of three weeks rent and loss of deposit.
